1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using a Tagui device ("the Product") and/or accessing the website taguihelp.com ("the Site"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Product or the Site.

2. Product Description

Tagui is an NFC device — available as a keychain, card, or pin — that, when scanned with a compatible mobile phone, opens a public web page with emergency information voluntarily entered by the Product owner.

The Product is NOT a medical device or a substitute for professional emergency services. Its sole function is to facilitate access to information provided by the user.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Tagui Keychain: $29.99 USD
• Tagui Card ID: $29.99 USD
• Card + Keychain Bundle: $49.99 USD

The prices above include shipping within the United States. Special offers and repeat orders for existing customers may have a different price and may charge shipping separately; the exact amount is always shown before payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Tagui LLC does not store credit card information. Prices may change at any time; purchases made will keep the price at the time of transaction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship only within the United States (to all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from payment confirmation. Tagui LLC is not responsible for delays from the postal service.

5. Returns and Refunds

• NON-activated products: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Activated products: returns are NOT accepted, as the unique code becomes associated with the user.
• Defective products: we offer free replacement if the issue is reported within 14 days.

⚠️ 6. Limitation of Liability

USE OF TAGUI IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Read carefully:

• Tagui does NOT replace medical, paramedical, or professional emergency services.
• Tagui LLC does NOT guarantee that your information will be seen, read, or acted upon by emergency personnel or third parties.
• It is the user's SOLE responsibility to keep their information updated and accurate.
• Tagui LLC is NOT responsible for damages, injuries, losses, or consequences arising from use, misuse, lack of use, or failure of the Product.
• Tagui LLC is NOT responsible for NFC chip failures, incompatible mobile devices, or technical errors on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tagui LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

7. Permitted Use

• You may only enter your own personal and medical information, or that of a minor for whom you are legally responsible.
• It is NOT permitted to enter false, offensive, illegal information, or third-party information without their consent.
• Using Tagui for commercial, advertising, or identity impersonation purposes is NOT permitted.
• If you include emergency contact data, you must ensure you have their consent.

We reserve the right to deactivate any Tagui that violates these terms, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The name "Tagui", the logo, the taguihelp.com site, its design, and source code are the exclusive property of Tagui LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Minors

Tagui is available for users 18 years or older. Minors may use the Product only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for registration and data management.

10. Modifications

Tagui LLC may modify these Terms at any time. The last update date appears at the top. Continued use of the Product or Site implies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

The service is operated by Tagui LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) registered in the state of Florida, United States.
